Description
Protein L Mix-N-Go™ ELISA kit enables accurate assessments of residual Protein L impurity remaining in your antibody fragment drug products, which can remain bound to leached Protein L post-purification. The Mix-N-Go kit incorporates a proven single-step sample treatment to dissociate Protein L from antibody fragment drug product without the need for boiling samples and the associated centrifugation step. These improvements increase the robustness of the method and simplify assay protocol. The kit is very sensitive and detects Protein L levels <600 pg/ml. Please use Sample Diluent, Item No. G028 with this kit; also included in the kit.
