This kit is designed for use specifically in quantitating JSR Life Sciences' Protein A Amsphere™ A+ ligand used in the Amsphere A+ protein A chromatography resin. This Mix-N-Go™ Assay eliminates most product antibody inhibition and provides accurate quantitation through the use of a quick 5-minutes sample treatment step that does not require sample boiling and the subsequent centrifugation step, thereby reducing assay time by more than 1 hour. The kit is highly sensitive and detects Amsphere™ A+ ligand to levels of less than 100 pg/ml in the presence of up to mg/mL quantities of humanized monoclonal antibodies.
