Spiking Study Sample Analysis
Analytical labs within biopharmaceutical companies are often operating at 110%. There is little time to test or establish a new assay. The Cygnus MockV Team can ease the burden on your staff and perform analysis of samples generated by your in-house MockV spiking study (RVLP or MVM). Both preliminary sample evaluation (spike/recovery studies) and spiking study analysis to determine LRVs will be performed within weeks of receiving your samples. A detailed report will be included with the service.
Custom CHO RVLP Production
In addition to sample analysis, Cygnus offers custom CHO RVLP production. Cygnus’s MockV Team will utilize CHO harvest cell culture fluid or Protein A Flowthrough from your upstream process to enrich the endogenous RVLP and generate a concentrated and purified RVLP Stock Solution for spiking applications. From a regulatory perspective, utilizing the very same RVLP produced from a specific upstream biopharmaceutical process to validate its own downstream purification process provides the most accurate insight into CHO RVLP viral clearance.
