We develop and manufacture well-qualified, convenient-to-use microplate ELISA kits to detect and measure host cell proteins from more than 25 different expression platforms, as well as other process-related impurities derived from cell culture media, bioprocessing enzymes, or chromatography resins. Our viral clearance kits are a critical tool to predict viral clearance early in downstream purification development. Use our extensive list of kits and ancillary reagents to help you develop and validate your product and process-specific assays. 

As of 2024, we no longer support use of western blot kits as a tool for host cell protein coverage analysis due to its low specificity, sensitivity and technical limitations. Instead, we encourage our customers to use Antibody Affinity Extraction (AAE) - a superior method for antibody coverage analysis and a powerful sample preparation method enabling identification of individual low-level HCPs that might co-purify with the drug substance.
