Mammalian cell lines are used in the production of complex therapeutic proteins. Our HCP ELISA kits can typically detect less than 1ppm of host cell proteins. CHO cell lines are the most commonly employed mammalian cell line and Cygnus offers three different ELISA kits for CHO HCP quantitation.
