Kits for Gyrolab^TM xP workstation

In response to the needs for higher throughput and faster turnaround time Cygnus has adapted our ELISA based reagents to microfluidic technology for use on the Gyrolab™ xP workstation. Currently, we have developed generic kits for CHO HCP, E.coli HCP, and Protein A with NS/0 HCP detection and more analytes to follow very soon. These kits all use the same proven and well-characterized antibodies found in our manual ELISA kits. For those in need of custom antibodies and assay development for more process-specific contaminates, Cygnus offers its proprietary and proven technologies in antibody generation, conjugation, assay development, and validation services.

The Cygnus kits for use on Gyrolab xP workstation contain optimized, ready-to-use biotinylated and fluorescent labeled antibodies sufficient for more than 500 tests. Each kit also contains calibrated antigen concentrate and sample diluent for use in preparing standards/calibrators across your analytical range. To begin using the new kits, your lab will need to perform a qualification/validation study to demonstrate the assay as used on this instrument meets your analytical requirements.
